Hyper Group has launched a new Diligence Services Division to extend its collateral monitoring solutions beyond appraisals and into field exams and inventory test counts. Leading the charge is Managing Director Mark Stevens, whose blend of lender services expertise and M&A diligence experience positions HVS to deliver integrated, end‑to‑end support for lenders and their borrowers.

The integration of field exams with Hyper Group’s established Hyper Valuation Services appraisal practice creates efficiencies that lenders and companies will appreciate. By coordinating field exams with appraisal teams, lenders gain a streamlined workflow: fewer handoffs, faster completion times, and a single source of information across valuation and diligence. As HVS President Jonathan Deptula noted, clients who rely on HVS for timely, accurate appraisals can now “depend on us for field exams and similar services, creating efficiencies lenders and companies will appreciate.”
