Electrolux, a global appliance manufacturer, closed its one-million-square-foot refrigerator production facility in Minnesota as operations transitioned to a new location. The company required a comprehensive solution to monetize remaining assets and return the building to original condition.
Hyper Group designed and executed a full asset disposition program, including the sale of all fixed assets and more than $4 million in MRO and parts inventory. A three-day live and online auction was supported by coordinated marketing efforts.
