Senior Associate

Location: Remote/hybrid; preference for candidates near our Chicago, IL or Providence, RI offices

Position Summary

Hyper Group is seeking a Senior Associate to support inventory appraisal engagements across a wide range of industries. This role is responsible for executing appraisals from start to finish, including data analysis, on‑site inspections, client interaction, and collaboration on final reports.

Senior Associates work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders and are expected to manage multiple projects with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and initiative. This position offers meaningful responsibility and clear opportunities for advancement within a growing firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and financial data to support inventory valuations
• Travel to client locations nationwide to inspect assets and meet with management
• Conduct industry and company research to support appraisal conclusions
• Present analysis in standardized Excel formats
• Collaborate with report writers to develop final appraisal reports
• Communicate appraisal findings clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data formatting)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and detail‑oriented
• Ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple projects
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
• Willingness to travel regularly
