Location: Hybrid opportunities at our Chicago, IL or Providence, RI offices

Position Summary

Hyper Group is seeking an entry‑level Financial Analyst to support our Appraisal Services team. This role offers hands‑on training and direct exposure to valuation, inventory analysis, and asset‑based lending across a range of industries.

The Financial Analyst will work closely with directors and senior analysts to gain practical experience through on‑site inspections and client engagements. This position is well suited for candidates eager to build foundational skills and grow within a boutique, expanding firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory and financial data to support asset valuations
• Assist with on‑site inventory inspections
• Communicate with clients to understand inventory trends and business drivers
• Organize and standardize client data using Microsoft Excel
• Collaborate with internal team members to support final appraisal reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to learn proprietary systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and quality‑focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-directed, with ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple projects
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
• Willingness to travel regularly
