Everything in this auction sale is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS and WITHOUT RECOURSE.” There are no warranties, guarantees or representations of any kind or variety, whether expressed, implied or otherwise given.

Payment

All purchases must be paid in full on the day of the auction, and are subject to a 20% buyer’s premium. To make payment arrangements by wire transfer, please contact our auction office. To arrange cash payment on-site, please contact the Auction Manager. Please be advised that although required to present a credit card to register with Proxbid and Equipment Facts, Hyper Group will not charge your card following the auction. Credit card payments are limited to $1,500 and will incur an additional 3% convenience fee (23% with buyer’s premium).

Sales Tax

We will automatically apply appropriate state and county sales tax to your purchase unless you supply proper exemption documentation.
