Operations Overview
The building and operations are in Manteno, Illinois, a southern suburb of Chicago.
The building is 44,000 SF on 7.5 acres, brick / block / steel construction, ceiling heights pf 22 to 24 feet, 4 docks, and 1 drive-in door, and equipped with ample power.
On 7.5 acres…land to expand.
Highway access is excellent.
Coating Lines
Three well-maintained coating lines, each incorporating and equipped with a flotation style dryer.
Paper widths that can be coated range from 41.5” to 69.0”.
Each line employs a 5-roll coating head approach, ensuring minimal coating with drift.
Shifts & Capacity
Only one shift is run, ample capacity to support growth.
Quick job changeover times.
Lab
Develops, maintains, and documents all silicone formulations used.
Production quality control, testing and monitoring silicone coat weights accordingly.
Plant Tour and Management Meeting Requests
A CIM and access to a data room are available upon executing a confidentiality agreement. As appropriate, plant tour and discussions with management requests are currently being accomodated. Formal letters of intent should be submitted as soon as practical.
